DAMAGES

  1. Contact Langit Jejaka Admin via email or WhatsApp to arrange an exchange. They will provide a form for you to fill in.
  2. You must report any damage within 24 hours of receiving the item. Claims made after this won't be accepted.
  3. Langit Jejaka will pay for the return freight, so you won't be billed.
  4. Following receipt of the returned item, Langit Jejaka will handle the exchange.

SHIPPING ERRORS

Please email Langit Jejaka Admin or WhatsApp us with your order number if there is a shipment error. After they get the package from you, they will ship the correct item.
