RETURN & EXCHANGE
Item or garment during any sales or promotion period (including the use of discount code or discount voucher), and item marked "non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable" on the product page, all items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We accept exchanges within 15 working days for all domestic orders.
One-Time Return
One-Time Return: You can return or exchange items from an order only once.
Consequent Returns: Once you've returned or exchanged an item from an order, you can't return or exchange it again.
Exchanges are only valid for sizing issues or manufacturer’s defect.
You can visit our office (Jalan Kuching) to return your item(s).
You can only exchange your item(s) once.
Original conditions and all tags intact.
Original packaging is included.
The item is not in the non-returnable category.
After return the garment that to be exchange, please state clearly on the exact size upon resend the garment to your doorstep.
All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way. The management of Langit reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion. Please see below rights:
Langit reserve the right to monitor and suspend any accounts with suspicious return activity.
If item is ineligible for return and conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and sent back to sender.
Langit reserve the right to reject any returns and refunds even with met conditions.
Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange. We recommend that you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. Please note that Langit will not be responsible for the loss of returned parcel.

REFUND
If the item or garment is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Any usage of reward points will be non-refundable once item is returned.
All returns and exchanges will be refunded via your original payment method or banking transfer.
