1) Refunds are only applicable for cases of wrong or defective items. LANGIT will exchange for the same item, subject to stock availability.
2) Any approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method for easier tracking.
3) If the original payment method is unavailable, customers must contact us for further arrangements.
4) Customers who do not receive their refunds may dispute the credit not processed, and LANGIT shall be liable for any disputes received.
5) LANGIT retains the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the request does not meet the stated conditions.
Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items
- Items received or purchased more than 7 days ago.
- Used or unsealed products, except under specific stated conditions.
- Products not sold by LANGIT.
- Products damaged by the buyer.
- Free gifts and samples.
- Discounted or clearance items.
- Due to hygiene reasons, worn or washed products are not returnable or exchangeable once the packaging box or seal is opened.
How to Return
- Customers may use any courier service to return items.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Customers must notify us via WhatsApp (01175025475) or email at Langit.jejaka70@gmail.com with their order number and product details.
- Processing time will be based on the tracking record for both local and international orders.
